Kerala Rajya Sabha MP John Brittas has alleged that CRPF personnel assaulted him despite being informed of his parliamentary status. He claimed that the personnel pinned him to his seat and attempted to choke him. SFI activists also reportedly sustained injuries during the incident, raising concerns over the treatment of protesters and the circumstances surrounding the confrontation.
