The Supreme Court has directed authorities to remove unnecessary barricades and withdraw restrictions imposed under Section 163 of the BNSS around the court amid Cockroach Janta Party protests in Delhi. The bench stressed lawful protest rights, uninterrupted legal duties, and sought responses from Delhi Police, Union Home Secretary and DMRC regarding detentions.
